Who We Are
Custoris Properties is a division of Custoris Ltd, a company built around professional services across technology, training, advisory, and now property. We bring structure, accountability, and high standards to every property we touch. Our team includes CITB and CSCS certified cleaners and labourers, and we operate across the Midlands with a client base that includes private landlords, local councils, housing associations, and care providers.
Our Approach
We do not cut corners. Every job, whether it is a routine clean or a full refurbishment, gets the same level of attention. We understand that property is an investment, and we treat it that way. For our public sector clients, we know that compliance and consistency matter as much as the quality of the work itself. For private landlords, we know that reliability and communication are what makes a partnership work.
